Wayne Beyea, J.D., AICP
Associate Director of Michigan Citizen Education,
Statewide Coordinator, Michigan Citizen Planner

Wayne provides leadership in delivering outreach and training programs for planning officials. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Planning from MSU, a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in Community Development and Growth Management from the University of Maine, and he is a Spring 2008 Juris Doctor Degree candidate from MSU College of Law with a concentration in Environmental Law.

Glenn Pape
Program Coordinator
Online and Continuing Education

Glenn provides coordinates the online program and continuing education workshops. Glenn has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics from Central Michigan University (CMU), and graduate work at CMU with a research focus on non-market valuation methodologies of natural resource amenities.

Gayle Taylor-Thorne
Administrative Assistant

As assistant to Wayne Beyea, Gayle's duties include budgeting, accounting, assisting with the implementation of Michigan Citizen Planner classroom programs around the state, and event planning.
