Michigan Citizen Planner programs are proven to be comprehensive without being overwhelming, so citizen advocates can learn, at their own pace, how to provide meaningful input to planning and development in their own backyard.  Paraprofessional citizen planners can become Certified Master Citizen Planners upon successful completion of the Master Citizen Planner Examination.
